Brain judges, brain thinks, brain wonders….I do what is in front of me….ahhhhhh
Not a lot. Just not drinking and still going to meetings. Waiting for the holidays to be over and get my life back in to a regular rhythm so I don’t feel so anxious.
I am learning that saying something (anything) is impossible sets it up to be just that. Sometimes what I say is impossible is simply something I do not want to do; or it means that I am unwilling to ask for help in seeking a solution.
Tonite’s speaker runs a recovery outfit and threw a refrigerator down the stairs. That prolly doesn’t qualify as constructive behavior. Her solution was to pause before actions. Sounds simple enug. And its something I need to do more often next time I try to beat red lights on the streets.
constructive behavior.. what a concept..lol, yes to frame a problem in such a way that allows a solution.
lately ive been keeping in touch with my sponsor following direction, which is always a good answer to stay in the solution.
