Question:::….What is your own Higher Powers relation to the universe?
Featured Cosmic Comment:::…For me, my higher power is our collective consciousness and the laws of nature that govern the universe. My HP isn’t a separate conscious entity that governs the universe like a supreme leader. My HP doesn’t intentionally take any action on behalf of anything or anyone. I am either on the path nature intended or I’m not. When I am, the path unfolds in front of me. My difficulty is that the purpose of my life may not be meant to unfold in my lifetime, but for someone else in the future that I’ve influenced. For example, MLK was descended from slaves. They suffered deeply so that MLK could change the world. It could be intended that I suffer my entire life so that someone else may live. Quite depressing but that is what I believe.

Good morning everyone + happy Monday. Here is today’s thought. Have an attitude of gratitude. Be thankful for all you have. It is good for your spiritual, mental, + even your physical self. In her book, “Simple Abundance”, Susan Ban Breathnach writes: “You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life.” So, praise + be thankful to God for all His blessings + spread the gratitude around. Thankyou + Blessings. BB

When I experience gong videos like the one above or in person, the “rushing, roaring sound of the universe” is transportive. I’ve been taken on amazing journeys during such gong sessions. Yogi Brent is especially adept creating a crescendo and then letting it subside.
Hearing about the rushing, roaring, cosmic universe makes me feel tired – like I have to rush to keep up with the universe; I have to roar to be heard in the universe. Wow! Where did those thoughts come from? I neither have to rush nor roar. In silence, I sit; in silence I reflect; in silence I move the lies from my mind. The lies are that I am not fast enough, not loud enough to be heard. The lie is that I am too small, too quiet to be heard or seen in the universe. My Higher Power is always aware of me. I exist, I matter, I have a role in the universe.
